We use specialized, reinforced cardboard mailers designed specifically for media. Every record is inspected and packed with extra padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for opened media?

Due to the nature of the product, we only accept returns on opened vinyl or CDs if there is a verified manufacturing defect or playback issue. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
